1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Guest House Manager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Service scope

Guest House Manager is a cloud-based hospitality operations platform. We provide tools for reservations, billing, payments, and communication. We may update or improve features from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Do not share passwords outside your team.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

5. Customer data

You own the data you enter into Guest House Manager. We process it solely to provide and improve the service. You can export your data at any time from within the product.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use Guest House Manager for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Availability & support

We strive for high availability and timely support. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where feasible. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties unless required by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a limited period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located near 828X+2J9, Bahadur Rd, Opp. Baldhar Beer Baba, Near Siv Katra, Madhiya, near kolkata bazaar, Padao, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221008 unless otherwise required by applicable law.
