Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to be flexible and transparent with billing. This policy explains how you can cancel and when refunds may apply.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the current paid period ends.

Trials

During the free trial you can cancel at any moment. If you do not upgrade, your workspace will be paused after the trial and data may be archived after a grace period.

Refunds

Because Guest House Manager is a digital service with immediate access, completed billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request.

Data access after cancellation

You can export your data before cancellation. We may retain backups for a limited period as required for compliance and to support possible reactivation.
